Shipping policy

We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment on the same day we receive your order, and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date as soon as payment has cleared.

Our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control. We cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by Pantha to the shipment carrier.

All packages will be sent via our selected courier. Pantha only supplies products within Australia, no product will be shipped overseas.

All shipments are initiated on standard business days.
